Nike continues to bring together design concepts from past classics. This Air Force 1 High, arguably one of the most iconic silhouettes of all time, has an upper made from Foamposite. Nike continues with the resurrection of Foamposite that was initially made famous by the Penny Hardaway Foamposite One. This one will definitely be a home run with sneakerheads. The translucent sole reveals the air pocket and my only concern about these is that part of the sole appears to look blue. It definitely could just be the photography/sample, but I'm hoping that the only colors seen on the final product are black, graphite and clear. There are a few nice touches that obviously are inspired by the original Foamposites, such as the mesh tongue and large heel pull tab. For those of you who rock the Foamdome Boots in winter, these are definitely a great alternative when the weather is not so harsh.
As long as it's not blue on the bottom, I'll be snagging a pair for sure. If it is blue, we should find whoever gave that the green light and slap him/her with a sock.
